Hybrid Results Charities is a public non profit corporation in which leadership and innovation are key in transforming dormant ideas into working technologies. This is necessary in order address economic disparity and eco-system sustainability to retain life on this planet.  It is our position to clarify the responsibility each patron has as a stakeholder, demonstrate how their actions impact all involved, and implement change to improve or lessen the impact.     Internet Energy Education Program

Hybrid Results mission is to educate school age students (pre-k to 12th grade) about the environmental issues they will need to face in their years to come. Students presented with such realistic consequences will holistically unify a personal need to address these problems.  

Hybrid Results focus concept ”Happy Families Leave No Footprints" will help educate students to think innovatively so that their ideas can be transformed into concepts leading to sustainability of life on this planet. 

Hybrid Results will position the "Happy Families Leave No Footprints" Internet Energy Education Program online, donating course material to families who want to attend the course, but are unable to do so.

Hybrid results will fund the Internet Energy Education Program thru a Capital Fundraising Program, Educational Grants, Sponsorships and Advertising Revenues.

    Affordable Housing

Hybrid Results mission is to substantially rehabilitate distressed properties, developing affordable section 8 housing. Collaboration with community based service agencies will ensure patrons are correctly positioned into our affordable housing units, promoting personal stability.

 

Hybrid Results secures all project financing, assembles the project team and manages the project through all phases of development, construction activity and lease-up. Additionally, Hybrid Results plays an active on-going role in the management of its properties including tenant selection, maintenance, resident manager selection and preparation of documentation required by investors.

 

Hybrid Results functional staff areas include: project development; asset management; accounting and human resources. The project management staff is equipped with graduate degrees in innovation and leadership (or related experience) to ensure Hybrid Results is positioned to serve the communities in which it operates. 

 

Hybrid Results will demonstrate its expertise in affordable housing development by structuring and securing financing from the State Department of Housing and Community Development, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD project-based Section 8 Supportive Housing Program capital grants, Affordable Housing Program subsidies, and conventional loans.

    Health Access Medical Center

Hybrid Results mission is to provide affordable health care to a patient population of: Senior citizens and the poor, but open to the public/Multi-ethnic, low income and underserved.

Structure: After Hours Walk In Clinic General Family Practice and Rehabilitation. All physicians who are Board Certified may donate their time and/or be allotted access to this facility. Medicaid, Medicare, Most Insurances, and patrons with no insurance will be accepted. Those who can afford to pay will pay in full,  be billed, or be allotted a sliding fee schedule. Those individuals who cannot afford to pay and meet poverty guidelines will be positioned to receive free medical care.

Hybrid Results will demonstrate its expertise in providing affordable medical care by structuring and securing financing from capital fundraising, The Blue Foundation for a Healthy Florida, CVS, and Florida Association of Community Health Centers, Inc (FACHC). These programs support the establishment of new service delivery sites for medically underserved populations to receive comprehensive primary and preventive health care services.
